My "FOREVER FIT " Senior training program is tailored to my senior clients. They want stay strong and capable to prevent injuries - I am here to guide them through a program that will challenge them in a safe way.

I believe that fitness is a journey, not a destination, and I am here to support you every step of the way. With my help, you’ll achieve balance in your workouts and nutrition, get stronger and healthier during this process. 

Daria Pavlovic, a NASM certified trainer who is also a mother of two. Daria herself has lost 42 pounds of baby weight and is passionate about using her experience to help individuals get in shape and feel their healthiest.
